Bio
Annie (Huebel) Creppon, 95, of La Grange, Texas, passed away on Saturday, June 18, 2016. Annie was born in the Halsted Community, in Fayette County, Texas on November 19, 1920, the daughter of Robert and Ida (Karstedt) Huebel. She was baptized on May 29, 1921 by George Buberich at Sacred Heart Church in La Grange and confirmed on February 10, 1952 by Henry A. Traugott at Zion Lutheran Church in La Grange. Annie married Robert Creppon on October 30, 1944 in La Grange. She is survived by her loving caregivers: nephew, Dean Niesner and wife, Kim; and great niece, Laurie Quitta, all of La Grange; also several generations of nieces and nephews and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert, who passed away on November 14, 2010; her seven brothers and sisters and their spouses; which included special sister-in-laws, Albina Huebel and Elsie Huebel; as well as Robert’s sisters and their spouses.
