Ex-West Texans Die In Houston Houston – Mr. and Mrs. Truman Bryant, former West Texans, were found dead in their Houston apartment Sunday. Death was believed to have been caused by asphyxiation. Double funeral services will be held in First Baptist Church in Nolan at 2 pm Wednesday, with burial in Slater's Chapel Cemetery directed by Cate-Spencer Funeral Home of Sweetwater. Mrs. Bryant, 25, the former Trixie Robene Lewis of Nolan, is survived by her parents, Mrs. and Mrs. Lonnie Lewis of Nolan, and a brother, W. A. Lewis of Santo. Mr. Bryant, 23, formerly of Midland, is survived by his father, T. W. Bryant of Houston; his mother, Mrs. Richard Teague of Midland; a sister, Debra Gay Bryant of Houston; and two brothers, T. W. Bryant Jr. of Houston and Frank Layne Bryant of Houston.
