Bio

Allen Wayman Hampton Sr. was born on 9 November 1891, which was a Wednesday at 11 PM at 624 S. 11th St. in Waco, Texas. His parents were Rev John W. Hampton & Sarah Wilkerson Hampton. When he was 20 years old he married 20 year old Elizabeth Pauline "Elsie" Brehm on 23 March 1912. They had 3 children; William Theodore Hampton, Viola Hampton Blaine and Allen Jr. Allen's brother Roy "Leonard" Hampton married Elsie's sister Martha "Marty" Brehm. This made their children double cousins. Allen died at the very young age of just 27 years old from an accident.
