Mr. Bullington died Thursday morning at Citizens General Hospital. A native of Miller Grove, he was born May 22, 1899 to Willie A. and Fannie Poole Bullington. He was married March 28, 1922 to Alta Shell in Nevada. Mr. Bullington was a retired carpenter and member of the Smyrna Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife of Greenville; a son, Allen J. Bullington Jr. of Greenville; a daughter, Mrs. Nell Gooch of Greenville; three grandchildren, John Baker, Pam Douglas and Ronnie Bullington, and three great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Ronnie Bullington, R.E. Gooch, W.D. Gooch, Bob Chapin, and Gerald Little.
