Bio

Ann T. Skrivanek, 90, passed away at her home in Ennis on Wednesday, March 17, 2010. Ann was born in Ennis to Joseph and Anna (Krajca) Slovak on December 31, 1919. She grew up in Ennis and attended school in Garrett. She married Emil Skrivanek and they made their home in Ennis. She worked for R. J. Goldman at Ray's Dry Goods Store for over thirty-five years in sales. She was a member of St. John Catholic Church and KJZT #16. She enjoyed sewing and working in her yard. She is survived by two sons: Christopher Skrivanek and Emil Skrivanek and his wife, Mary and five grandchildren; Mary Regina, Joe, Gene, Shawn and Hope. She is preceded by her parents and her bothers and sisters. Rosary will be Sunday, March 21, 2010 at 2 p.m. with visitation to follow until 4 p.m. Mass of the Christian Burial will be Monday, March 22, 2010 at 10 a.m. with interment to follow at St. Joseph Cemetery under the direction of J.E. Keever Mortuary, Inc.
