James "Pat" McCord Area EARTH - James "Pat" McCord, 89, of Seal Beach, Calif., died Wednesday, March 2, 2005. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in First Baptist Church with Michael Kelly and Bill Anderson officiating. Burial will be in Earth Memorial Cemetery by Parsons-Eillis Funeral Home. Mr. McCord was born Jan. 25, 1916, in Sweetwater, Okla. He married Gladys Barton in Earth on June 8, 1938. Survivors include two daughters, Jane McCord of Seal Beach and Jill Hamilton of Hereford, Ariz.; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Amarillo Globe-News, March 8, 2005
