Bio

E. Fern Bass, age 78, of 1766 Fordem Avenue, passed away on Friday, January 13, 1989, at her home following an extended illness. She was born on July 10, 1910, in North Dakota. She was retired from the University of Wisconsin/Residence Halls as a data processor. She married Norman Bass on November 6, 1982, in Madison. She was a member of Bashford United Methodist Church, and was involved in many church activities throughout the years. Survivors include her husband, Norman; two step-daughters; 13 grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and nine brothers and sisters. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Leonard McDaniel, in 1971, and two children, Joyce Tomlin and Dwayne McDaniel. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park.
