Bio

Maribeth Augustyn died at the age of 87 at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney, Nebraska. She was a resident of McCook, Nebraska. She graduated from Manuel High School. She was a Concert Master of her Orchestra and played solo for her graduation. She earned a Scholarship to Colorado State College of Education. She became a Music Major. After College and Marrying, she moved to Goodland, Kansas. From Colby, Kansas, they eventually moved to Gothenburg, Nebraska. She taught English at a Junior High School for 20 years in McCook, Nebraska. She played for many Musicals in McCook, Nebraska. She retired in 1988. She traveled twice to Europe in her lifetime. She was preceded in death by her parents Mary (Baldwin) Grace and Leonard Grace, her brother Jim Grace, and her husband Joe Augustyn. She is survived by: Two Sons-Mike Campbell of Bel Air, Maryland, and Charlie Augustyn of Lincoln, Nebraska, and Four Daughters-Kathleen Robles of Kearney, Nebraska, Peg Andrews of McCook, Nebraska, Susan Augustyn of Sandpoint, Idaho, and Carol Reed of Highland Village, Texas, 12 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren, a sister Ruth Moriaty of Loveland, Colorado, and a Half-Sister Virginia Barrett of Richmond, Virginia.
