Bio

Arrived in the U.S. through Galveston on Oct. 27, 1906 on the passenger ship Koln. He came from Moravia, which is now part of the Czech Republic. On some census records, it states he is from Austria. The person in the U.S. to whom he was related was his cousin, Joseph Kopecki who lived in Wharton Co., Tx. (his final destination). He was married and had only $20.00 according to the arriving passenger list. See Ancestry.com for more information on his immigration.
