Hazel was born to John Charles and Rose Martini Milano. She is survived by her husband of 54 years Red Snyder; son Frank R. (Winnie) Walker of Indiana; daughter, Bette Jo Chavez of Salt Lake City, Utah ;six grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren She is preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Rex Earl, Charles Anthony, John Dewey and Robert Dominic Milano; and her special great grandaughter, Tiffany Rae Kerby.
