Thomas was the son of George Huckaba & Rhoda Rainey. He married Mildred Hamm (son of Henry Hamm & Frances Hensley) 25 December 1881 in Wayne Co., TN. After Mildred died he married Martha Morrison (daughter of George Morrison & Lydia Hardin) 2 July 1917 in Wayne Co., TN.
