Son of George J and Virginia Strange Pugh Husband of Carrie Pugh. Rocky Ford Daily Gazette Topic and the Enterprise, Monday, November 20, 1950: Manzanola Man Dies of Stroke -- Ben Pugh of Manzanola died Sunday following a second paralytic stroke. He was brought to the hospital in Rocky Ford five days ago after he had been found unconscious in the yard at his home. He had suffered a stroke as he was feeding chickens and was unable to get back to the house. His body was taken to Manzanola where funeral arrangements are being made.
