Dublin, George A. "Joe" Sr. SAUK CITY - George A. "Joe" Dublin Sr., age 65, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2007, at his home. He was born in Benton Harbor, Mich., on June 9, 1942, the son of the late Silvester and Mary (Myracle) Dublin. He was married to Jean Anderson on March 11, 1965. Joe was a veteran having served with the Army from 1959-1962 and was a member of the Sauk Prairie American Legion Post No. 167. Joe was an avid hunter, fisherman and loved spending time with his grandchildren. He is survived by a large family and huge group of friends and "little skeeter". Survivors include his wife, Jean; his children, George (Flordelyn) Dublin Jr. of Sauk City, WI, Brenda Mortinson of Oconto Falls, WI, twins: Tracy (Lisa) and Terry Dublin both of Sauk City, WI., five grandchildren: Alix, Skylar, Dalton, Cherish, and Daisy; two brothers: Robert (Francis) Dublin of Mazomanie, WI and Vester (Sharon) Dublin of East Peoria, IL; two sisters: Helen (Robert) Kasner of Jefferson City, MO and Betty Vansteenberg of Branson, MO; a brother-in-law, Thomas Anderson; sisters-in-law, Sandra (Billie) Thomas, Vicky (Darrell) LaBelle both of Portage, and Donna (Don Murray) Anderson of North Freedom; favorite cousins, Alice and Darrell Hodges; and a favorite aunt, Francis Patton all of Leachville, AR. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Loretta Sheldon, two nephews, Joseph and Brendt LaBelle; and his mother and father-in-law Mervilla anD Victor Anderson. A funeral service will be held at the HOOVERSON FUNERAL HOME, Sauk City at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 3, 2007, with the Rev. Todd Jefrey Crawford officiating. Burial with military rites will be held in the Prairie du Sac Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 2, 2007, at the funeral home. The family would like to thank Hospice nurses, Jessica Sprecher, Natalie Westgard, Sheila Donnell and Sally Parish, Albert from St. Mary's, Dr. Spurgeon and Kelly, Dr. Parins, Dr. DeGiovanni, Dr. Noon, Dr. Mary Falls, Mike Eannelli and all at the Medicine Shop, Rev.
