Guy was the son of Dr. James Mark Youngblood (born ca. 1834 TN - died 24 Jun 1879 in St. Louis, MO.) and Volumnia Orso Xaupi Youngblood (born ca. 1836 - died 27 Jun 1911 in Ellis County, Texas.) He married Letha Rebecca Sills on 06 Apr 1904 in Ellis County, Texas. Guy and Letha had the following children: George, Belinda C.,Letha May, Guy A., Walter E., and Joseph M. Youngblood.
