THE OKLAHOMAN (Oklahoma City, OK) 12/14/1926 In Memoriam (Tuesday) Dr. Charles A. Collins, 40 years old, died Monday at his home, 1908 W. 20th street. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Nadine Elliott Collins, a son, Robert Collins; his father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. G.M. Collins of Fairfax; and two sisters, Mrs. Porter Williams and Mrs. Price Dixon, both of Fairfax. Arrangements will be announced later by the Hahn funeral home. 12/15/1926 In Memoriam (Wednesday) Funeral services for Dr. Charles A. Collins, 42 years old, who died Monday at the home of his sister. Mrs. R.R. Evans, 1908 W. 20th street, will be conducted from the Hahn funeral home Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock by Frederick P. Balley. Burial will be in a local cemetery. _____ Dr. Collins was a dentist.
