Bio

D.V. Marcum married Dorothy Allison on 17 March 1979 at Graham, Texas. D.V. Marcum, 62, of Graham, graduated from Paducah High School and played football for Hardin-Simmons University from 1937-1940. He coached in the area West Texas schools including Roscoe, Monahans, Hardin-Simmons and McMurry College. He was a veteran of World War II and a member of the US Army Air Corps. Survived by his wife; two sons - Tim Marcum and Jim Marcum; one daughter - Sandy Peters; four brothers - Stromer Marcum, Hoy Marcum, Coy Marcum, Bud Marcum; six grandchildren.
