Lottie Norris was born in Bedford County, Tennessee to the late Thelma Pearl Nelson and Charles Kyle Norris. She is the widow of Edgar Roscoe Hawkins. Her sister Lillian married Edgar's brother Jesse Allen Hawkins, both deceased. A brother Charles Norris, Jr also preceded her in death. To preserve their privacy, survivors are not listed here.
