Bio

Felix Turnage and his second wife, Velma, moved to the Phoenix area about 1947. He was an auto mechanic by trade. Father of Valina-1930, Lillian-1931, Virginia-1932, Genelle-1933 and Rita-1936. The girls were living in the San Antonio orphanage from 1934-1940+. Until their father regained custody.
