Joyce Frazier Legg was born October 23, 1927 in Waldron, Arkansas, the daughter of Raymond Cecil Frazier and Ora Alice Terry McKelroy. Mrs. Legg was an executive secretary and of the southern baptist religion. She passed this life on February 28, 2016 in Vian, Oklahoma at the age of 88. Survivors are: 1 daughter and son in law: Joycelyn and Charles Raper of Vian, OK 1 grandson: Kalon Wiggins of Moore, OK She was preceded in death by 1 son: Stephen Legg, parents, and 2 brothers: Chester and Charles Ernest Frazier Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Hiwasse, Arkansas under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, Oklahoma ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
