Billie Gean Gill Harper, 84, of Beaumont, Texas entered eternal peace on Sunday, February 21st, 2016 in Beaumont with her loving family by her side. She was a native of the DeRidder area, a member of Smyrna Baptist Church, Day Lilies Club, Eastern Star and loved the 20 years she worked at the Oakdale Dress Factory. She was very outgoing and never met a stranger. Her family was important to her. She liked to sew, garden, cook and quilt. Mrs. Harper was preceded in death by her parents, Ab and Nellie Cole; two husbands, Otis Glen Gill and James Albert Harper; one step-son, Lance Harper and one sister, Margarette Schales. Those left to mourn her loss are one son, Mickey Gill of Shreveport; one daughter, Melody Robinson and husband Martin of Beaumont; two step-sons, Larry Harper and wife Donna of Moss Bluff and James Harper of Orange, Texas; one step-daughter, Linda Howard and husband Todd of Orange; one brother, Jack Cole and wife Evelyn of DeRidder; ten grandchildren, Casey LeBleu (Andi), Amy Futch (Glynn), Ashly Alonzo (Jaime), Amanda Van Metre (Alan), Alaina Skelton (Ian), Cody Harper (Jana), Haley LeBlanc (Alex), Trevor Monceaux, Tatum Howard and Jamie Harper; ten great-grandchildren and numerous extended family and friends.
