Bio

Milton Williams and Ellen Risner were married Feb. 14, 1886, Williamson county, Texas. ~~~~~~~~~~ Milton Williams, 87, of Georgetown died there Wednesday, February 16, after lingering illness. Mr. Williams had lived in Georgetown most of his life. Funeral services were held from the Akers Funeral Home in San Antonio with Minister Richard B. Claybourne of the First Christian Church and Minister Paul R. Mayr of Beacon Hill Church of Christ of San Antonio, conducting the services. Interment was in the Mission Burial Park. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Ellen Williams of San Antonio; four sons, Emzy and Elmer Williams of San Antonio, Edd Williams of Taylor, and Willie Williams of Georgetown; two daughters, Mrs. Willard Bell and Mrs. Frank Moser of San Antonio; four grandchildren; three great grandchildren. --Excerpted from obituaries published in the San Antonio Express , San Antonio, Texas, Thurs., Feb. 17, 1955 and The Williamson County Sun , Georgetown, Texas, Thurs., Feb. 24, 1955
