Bio
Billie Bob Culp, 90, Neosho, died February 14, 2015 at his home, following a one month illness. Billie Bob was born Oct. 4, 1925 in the Cartmell, MO community in McDonald County, the son of William Henry and Beulah (Duffield) Culp. He was a lifelong area resident and had worked as a clerk at the Joplin Stockyards for many years and was a beef cattle farmer. He enjoyed being with family and farming. Billie Bob married Wilma (Newberry) on March 11, 1954 in Granby and she survives. Also surviving are five children, Robert Culp and wife, Kim of Neosho; Billie Gene Culp and wife, Judy of Neosho; Betty Sue Huffman and husband, Harold of Omaha, AR; Joe Culp of Neosho and James Culp and wife, Yiyuin of Panama City Beach, FL; two nieces, Cynthia Ladbasri and Angela Kincaid, both of Neosho; thirteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a sister, Betty Jo Burnett.
