Bio

Pampa Daily News 7th June 1970 Henry N. Jonas Funeral Services for Henry Jonas 83, of 340 Anne will be held at 4 pm Monday in Central Church of Christ with J.M. Gilpatrick, minister of the Southside Church of Christ in Tulsa Oklahoma, officiating. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery directed by Carmichael Whatley Funeral Directors. MR. Jonas died at 2:40pm in Worley Hospital. He was born in Jacksboro, and had lived here for 42 years, He retired from the Cabot Corp in 1952, and was a member of the Central Church of Christ. Survivors are his widow, Martha, of the home: one son Clyde of Pampa, three daughters, MRS. Elsie Green, and MRS. Lulu Maddox, both of Pampa, and MRS. Mary Lee Cotton of Big Springs: one nephew, Oliver Jonas and niece, MRS. Edith Jonas both of Pampa. Nine grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren(transcribed by (JLR)
