Survived by his partner and parents. ∼ Charles "Buddy" Raymond Weems, Jr. born May 9, 1961 in Dallas, TX passed away Jan. 26, 2016 in Plano, TX. Survived by life partner, Eduardo Escalante; parents, Charles and Donna Weems; sister, and her husband, nieces, nephews, many cousins and extended family. Service for Charles Weems will be held on Saturday, Jan. 30, 2016 at 2:30 PM at Restland Memorial Park. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Aids Resource Center of Dallas, 214-528-0144.
