Bio

James C. Wright, 69, died Friday, Nov. 30, 2001, in Corpus Christi. Mr. Wright was born Sept. 16, 1932, in Refugio to Elizabeth (Hickey) and William Ace Wright. He married Martha Perry on Oct. 27, 1950, in Woodsboro. He was retired from Enron in 1992. He was a member of St. Joseph’s Church, the Knights of Columbus and the St. Joseph’s Parish Council. Survivors include his wife, Martha Perry Wright of Beeville; two sons, David Alan Wright of Fort Smith, Ark., and Larry Wright and wife Mary Lou of Beeville; a daughter, Jana Davis and husband Scotty of Choctaw, Okla.; a brother, Bernard Ray Wright of San Antonio; two sisters, Mary V. Hall of San Antonio and Elizabeth Coker of New Braunfels; 10 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
