Sylvester G. “Ves” Miller, 85 August 9, 1930 ~ January 14, 2016 Sylvester was married to Anna Marie. They were blessed with a son and two daughters, 8 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren. Ves entered eternity January 14, 2016. He was preceded in death by brothers: Bob, Jim and Butch Miller; sister, Mic Rowden. Left to cherish his memory are his wife; children and spouses, grandchildren and spouses; great-grandchildren; three sisters and a brother, Fritz Miller, as well as other extended family and friends. The family will receive friends 4-6 pm Sunday, January 17th, followed at 6 pm by Vigil Service, at the West Center Chapel, 7805 West Center Road, Omaha, Nebraska. Mass of Christian Burial 10 am Monday, January 18th at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church, 1920 N. 102nd St., Omaha. Interment, Calvary Cemetery. The family suggests memorials to Grace 4 Haiti.
