Josey Everett, 89, died May 31 in Electra Nursing Center. Funeral Services were held Sunday, June 3 from the First Baptist Church at 2:30 p.m. with Rev. William Etheredge, pastor Emeritus of Pecanway Baptist Church, officiating. Interment was in New Electra Cemtery under the direction of Totten-Day Funeral Home. She was born August 24, 1900 in Paris, Texas to James W. and Sarah Love. She had lived in Electra for about 65 years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Electra.
