Mrs. Mary Ruth Kelley Preston age 79, of Hickman, TN, passed away Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at the home of her daughter. Mrs. Preston was born September 5, 1936 in Smith County, TN, the Daughter of the late; Virgil Spence Kelley and Ruby Lee Wilson. She married Odis Preston on December 1, 1951 and he preceded her in death on October 2, 1989. She was a member of the Gordonsville Church of the Nazarene. Mrs. Preston is survived by Children; Jeanne (Ronnie) Williams of Hickman, TN, Danny (Sherry) Preston of Carthage, TN, Kenny Preston of Hickman, TN, and Suzanne (Benny) Judkins of Cross Plains, TN. Twelve Grandchildren; Adriana (Paul Woodard) Williams, Alex Williams, Chad (Amanda) Preston, Dusty (Kasee) Preston, Chase (Zoila) Preston, Briana Preston, Logan Preston, Chelsea Preston, Dakota (Hannah) Preston, Blayne Judkins, Peyton Judkins, and Brennan Judkins. Seventeen Great-Grandchildren and Three Step Great-Grandchildren along with Siblings; Charla (Rhoda) Kelley, Carolyn Ash, Gerald (Barbara) Kelley, Judy (Wayne) Harris and Shiley (Mel) Williams also survive. Funeral Services for Mrs. Preston are scheduled to be conducted from the Gordonsville Chapel of Bass Funeral Homes on Thursday, January 7, 2016 at 1PM with Bro. Shane Smith officiating. Interment will follow in the Gordonsville Cemetery. Visitation with the Preston family will be held at the Gordonsville Chapel of Bass Funeral Homes on Wednesday from 5PM until 8PM and again on Thursday from 10AM until the time of the service at 1PM.
