(Published in The Hereford Brand, 92nd Year, No. 57, Deaf Smith County, Hereford, Tx., Tuesday, Sept. 22, 1992, Page 2) Gardeen Sell, 81, of Littlefield, died Saturday, Sept. 19, 1992. She was the bother [sic] of Carolyn Jones of Hereford. Services were held Monday at First United Methodist Church in Littlefield with the Rev. Derrell Peterson, pastor, officiating. Burial followed in Littlefield Memorial Park by Hammons Funeral Home. Mrs. Sell was born in San Angelo and moved to Littlefield in 1939. She married Ernest Sell on Dec. 16, 1931 in Shreveport, La. He died on May 9, 1980. She was a housewife and a member of First United Methodist church.
