Marie M. Smith, 97, of Lincoln, passed away on Monday, November 23, 2015. She was born on July 20, 1918 in Lincoln to Emil & Mary (Danczek) Knebel. Member of St. Teresa Catholic Church. Marie is survived by her daughters, Janice Marie (Earl) Listen of Mt. Home, AR and Carol Ann Cotton of Lincoln; grandsons, Steven Winters, David Winters, & Paul Scott Northrop; great grandchildren, Paul Northrop, Charlcie Northrop, Mike Winters, Alexander Winters, & Emily Winters; and great-great granddaughter, Leighton Olivia Winters. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Loren and son-in-law, Jerry Cotton. A Rosary service will be at 1:30 pm Monday (11/30/15) followed by a funeral service at 2:00 pm Monday at Butherus, Maser & Love Chapel. (No viewing/visitation) Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Lincoln
