RITES PENDING FOR S. R. REAVIS, 80 Solomon R. Reavis, 80, resident of Sweetwater for 42 years, was found dead in bed this morning at his home, 606 East Avenue C. Time of death was set at approximately 10 o'clock last night as the result of a heart attack. A native of Frisco, Indiana, he was born July 17, 1868 [sic]. He was a retired blacksmith. Funeral arrangements are pending arrival of relatives, but information may be obtained by calling Patterson Funeral Home. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Lura Pickett of Sweetwater, Mrs. Bernice LaChappelle of San Antonio, and Mrs. Gay Thomas of Pinehurst, N. C.; a son, W. B.
