MORRIS LEON MONTGOMERY Sweetwater - Morris Leon Montgomery, 75, died Wednesday in a local hospital. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at McCoy Funeral Home Chapel of Memories with Larry Fluitt officiating, assisted by Eddie Messer. Burial will be in Sweetwater Cemetery. A lifelong resident of Nolan County, he was a retired farmer and rancher. He was a member of the Lamar Street Church of Christ and the Soil Conservation Board. Survivors include his wife, Pearl Montgomery of Sweetwater; two daughters, Lynna Hall of Mabank and Wilma Giger of Bartlesville, Okla.; a son, Waymon Montgomery of Bartlesville, Okla.; a sister, Erma Holcomb of Columbus; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
