Ruth Mildred Haberman, 92, died April 30, 2011 at the Life Care Center of Greeley. She was born April 15, 1919 on a farm outside of Sutton, Neb., to Harry and Esther (Anthes) Cundall. Ruth married Reuben Haberman on Sept 12, 1948 in Sutton, Neb,. She was a member of the United Methodist Church. She was also a member of the Bridge Club in Greeley and she and her husband participated in a bowling league. She liked to cook, especially homemade noodles, sew, knit, fish and travel with her husband to all 48 states and Canada. She also enjoyed gardening,. She was self-reliant. She took pride in her duty as a homemaker. She was committed to caring for her children and grandchildren. Ruth is survived by her daughter, Linda Rose and husband Mike of Greeley; two sons, David L Haberman and wife Sandy of Bloomington, Ind., and Thomas R Haberman and wife Marlene of Greeley; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, two brothers, Edwin and Lawrence Cundall, a daughter Diane, and granddaughter, Anjuli. Funeral service Saturday at Stoddard Funeral Home.
