Bio

Ruth was born to Rev. Perry Benton Wallace and Ida Lillie Watkins Wallace. She married Wiley D. Whitt in 1938. Upon their return to Hagerman they took over and ran Bob Cat Café for over 50 years. She and Wiley had 2 children, a daughter and a son. She was preceded in death by her parents and all of her siblings and all of their spouses. Her siblings were Homer Wallace; L. B. Wallace; Ira Dee Wallace, and Viola Wallace.
