Charles Michael Baker was born on September 13, 1964, in Prague, OK, and departed this life September 14, 2004, in Prague, OK at the age of 40. Michael, the son of Charles Baker and Peggy Gregory Ford, was a resident of Prague. His father, and sister, Traci Blumenauer, preceded Michael in death. Survivors include mother and step-father, Bob and Peggy Ford of Prague; sons, Blake Baker of Oklahoma City and Beau Baker of Oklahoma City; and sister, Teri Mosley of Prague.
