Donald Ralph Green, Jr., 47, passed away Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines. Donnie was born June 15, 1968 in Des Moines, Iowa to Donald Ralph Green, Sr. and Dorothy Green. He enjoyed shooting pool, playing darts, and gambling. Donnie was a very giving person and went out of his way to help people. He had a great sense of humor and could make anyone smile. He will be missed by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his parents and his grandparents. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with a memorial service at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 4, at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines.
