The Osceola Sentinel, Osceola, Iowa July 14, 1921, Page 1 Harry Bryan Moomey Harry Bryan Moomey was born in Washington county, Iowa, September 10, 1839, and died at the home of his parents in west Osceola July 2, 1921, aged 21 years, 10 months and 5 days. He was the third son of Mr. and Mrs. C. M. Moomey of this city where he has spent the greater part of his life. When war was declared he was one among the first to volunteer, but on account of a weak heart was rejected. The last two years he has been working in Des Moines in the employ of the Merchants' Transfer until failing health compelled him to give up his work and come home. The funeral was held from the Christian church Sunday, conducted by Rev. W. A. Ross. Transcribed as published by Karen Brewer.
