Married Jun 8 1910 NE ---------------------------------------- MRS. G.H. BURSON Sunday afternoon the funeral services for the late Mrs. George H. Burson were held at the Methodist church, Dr. Allen Chamberlain officiating. There was a large concourse of friends from the country and many Ord friends of the family attended the services. Ellen Virginia Flanders was born in Princeton, Minn., April 23, 1893. She was left an orphan while young and came to Nebraska in 1909. On June 8, 1910, she was married to George H. Burson. To this union three children were born, who with her husband survive her. The children are Irene Sophrona, Caroll Gladys and Otis Gerald. They are of course all young, the boy being but a few months old. Mrs. Burson began to decline in health several months ago, and grew rapidly worse under the irresistible power of tuberculosis until death brought relief. The loss of this young wife and mother is a very serious loss to the husband and children and surely they have the sympathy of the community. The Ord Quiz - Thur, Jun 8 1916, Pg 1, Col 2
