s/o J. Y. and Georgia Palmer h/o Lorene E. Wheelington U.S. Army - World War II Melton Thomas Palmer, age 88, of Texarkana, Arkansas, died Wednesday, March 19, 2008, in a local hospital. Mr. Palmer was born April 1, 1919, at Fouke, Arkansas, and had lived in Texarkana most of his life. He was a member of Beech Street First Baptist Church and was retired owner of Palmer Electric.
