Dallas ~ Buena May Westbrook, 89, a retired bookkeeper, went to be with our Lord Sunday, October 11, 2015 in Dallas. Graveside service is 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 14, 2015, at Perryman Cemetery in Forestburg, Texas. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Coker-Hawkins Funeral Home. Rev. Bernie Cole will officiate. Buena was born on May 20, 1926 to John and Claude (Kuykendall) Barclay in Forestburg, Texas. She was united in marriage to James Westbrook on June 7, 1947 in Dallas until his passing July 27, 1979. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John Westbrook; 2 sons, Robert and David Westbrook; her daughter, Betty Dawson; 5 brothers. Those left behind to cherish her memory are her daughter, Janice Campbell and husband Cody of Stephenville, Texas; her son, Paul Westbrook of Slaton, Texas; her daughter-in-law, Janie Westbrook of Slaton, Texas; 9 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; numerous great great grandchildren; her brother, Theo Barclay of Dallas; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
