Bio
Carl W. Ellison, age 86, a native and resident of Rosinton, AL passed away Wednesday, October 7, 2015. Mr. Ellison was a life long farmer – he loved to farm. He is preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Ellison. He is survived by his daughter, Sue (William) McDaniel of Robertsdale, AL; four sons, Robert (Peggy) Ellison of Styx River, AL, Michael (Deborah) Ellison of Rosinton, AL, Mark (Catherine) Ellison, Shane (Kay) Ellison both of Loxley, AL; sister, Alice Lancaster of Robertsdale, AL; like-a-brother, F.B.Ellison of Rosinton, AL; special friend, Virginia Martin of Robertsdale, AL, right-hand-man, Shane Wendland, 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Friday, October 9, 2015 at 2 p.m. at Mack Funeral Home Chapel with burial at the New Cooper Cemetery, Robertsdale, AL. A visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. at Mack Funeral Home Friday. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, 900 Western American Circle, Suite 209, Mobile, AL 36609.
