Stephen Ray Dolezalik, age 54 of Garrett , passed away in his home on June 1, 2015. He was born on July 19, 1960, in Ennis to Louis A. and Jo Ann (Jurica) Dolezalik. He married Anna Fodera on June 6, 1981. He attended St. John Catholic School and graduated from Ennis High School. For the last fifteen years Stephen worked for Wal Mart in Ennis, Texas. Survivors include his loving wife, Anna; son, Stephen Ray Dolezalik, II. and Nicole of Leander; granddaughter, Paisley; parents, Louis and Jo Ann Dolezalik; three brothers Michael Dolezalik and wife Janice, Greg Dolezalik and Janna and Patrick L. Dolezalik and Kaleigh of Ennis; sister, Patricia Ozymy and husband Bryan of Ennis; and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his brother, Duane M. Dolezalik; maternal grandparents, Anton L. and Effie Jurica; and paternal grandparents, Louis M. and Agnes Dolezalik. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M. with a Rosary at 7 P.M. on Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at Boze-Mitchell-McKibbin Funeral Home in Ennis. Funeral Service will be held at 11 A.M. on Thursday, June 4, 2015 at Boze-Mitchell-McKibbin Chapel in Ennis with Father Henry Drozd officiating. Boze-Mitchell-McKibbin Funeral Home
