Charles C. Byers was born in KY a son of Steven C. and Rachel Byers. He married Ethel Burris on Dec. 17,1921 in Clinton Co., KY. She was the daughter of George and Exone Burris. Charles and Ethel are the parents of three known children; Mildred b. May 16,1923, Willie b. Jan. 15,1926 and Loma b. Apr. 22,1928 all in Albany, Clinton Co., KY. They all married in Indiana.
