Bio

Elmer Samuel Vearrier was born in Iowa to Lewis James Vearrier and Mary Cordelia Smith. On May 6, 1909 he married Ruby Beatrice Heywood and they produced 5 children. After Ruby's death in 1920 Elmer married Eleanor S. Grimm on December 31, 1932 and they produced 3 children. Elmer was a farmer and lived on his farm in Aurora County, South Dakota most of his life. Elmer, Ruby and two of their children are buried in the Union Cemetery not far from his home.
