Donald L. Niedt, 75, passed away September 7, 2015, at home in Lincoln. Don was born to Senate and Blanche (Gould) Niedt on May 24, 1940 in Berwyn. He graduated from Broken Bow High School in 1959 and attended Kearney State College. Don is survived by his wife of 35 years, Connie; daughter, Piper (Patrick) Fuller, Lincoln; sons, Mike (Christy) Murray, Lincoln and Mark Murray of Palm Springs, Calif.; sisters, Dorothy Millsap of Kearney, Darlene Haefele of Idaho Falls, Idaho, and Deanna Troxel, Lincoln; grandsons, Zack Niedt, Brandon and Bryan Murray; great grandsons Bryce and Blake Murray. There will be a gathering of family and friends in celebration of Dons life from 1 - 3 p.m. Saturday with a short memorial service beginning at 1:30. Location is The Space, 5900 S. 58th St., Suite 8, Lincoln. Dress casual or Husker Red attire.
