James Anton Sanca, Jr. September 28, 1914 - August 30, 2015 James Anton Sanca, Jr., born September 28, 1914, a lifelong resident, decorated WWII Navy veteran of Robertsdale, Alabama passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by loved ones, Sunday morning on August 30, 2015. Proceeded in death by his father, James Anton Sanca, Sr., his mother, Clara Sofia Merhaut, his brothers Robert and Richard and his sister, Clara. James was 100 years old, married to Ethel Mae Pose Sanca, his beloved wife of 67 years, four children, Claudia Sanca Scott, Jamie Sanca Price (Ross), Janice Sanca Osborne (Randy), James “Tony” Anton Sanca, III (Paula), 10 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren. Family will receive friends September 4, 2015, Friday at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in the Narthex from 10:30 AM till 11:30 AM with Memorial Mass in church from 12:00 PM till 1:00 PM. Reception in the Center will immediately follow Mass. God bless all who come.
