Bio
Leland was born in Decatur, the son of Paul and Ruth Ward Personette. He married Diane Washburn on Jan. 16, 1964 in New London,Mo. He is survived by his wife; four sons, Paul of Ft. Worth, TX., Phillip of Noblesville, IN., Brian and Matthew of Decatur. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Victor. Herald & Review Aug 31, 2015
