Decatur, IL Herald-Review, Saturday, 21 November 1987 PANA -- Daniel J Sweeney, 84, of Pana died 3:50 Thursday (Nov 19, 1987) in his home. Services will be 10 a.m. Monday in Kennedy & Sons Funeral Home, Pana, with visitation 5 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Pana. Mr Sweeney was born in Pana, son of Daniel and Margaret Sweeney. He owned and operated a DX Gas Station and was a member of the Pana Knights of Columbus. He married Lorene Behen in 1931. Surviving are his wife; daughter, Mary Jo Winborn of Lake Zurich; two grandchildren.
