Bio

Edna L. Gracik, 91, of Fort Collins, formerly of Loveland, died Sept. 14, 2000, at Fort Collins Health Care Center. She was born Sept. 21, 1908, in York, Neb., to Jacob and Rose McFarland Schwasinger. She married John Robert Gracik on July 23, 1936, in Cheyenne. He preceded her in death on May 30, 1986. She and her husband lived in Nebraska until 1947, when they moved to Loveland. She moved to Fort Collins in 1996. Mrs. Gracik was a member of St. John's Catholic Church. She was a hard-working woman who helped her husband in his business ventures and enjoyed going out to eat. Mrs. Gracik is survived by a niece [name omitted]. She was preceded in death by three sisters and four brothers. Visitation will be from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Allnutt-Hunter Chapel. Services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Allnutt-Hunter Chapel. The Rev. Joseph Hartmann of St. John's Catholic Church will officiate. Burial will be in Loveland Burial Park.--Loveland Reporter Herald, Saturday, Sept. 16, 2000, Pg. B4
