Judy Kay (Judd) Oakes, 64 died Tuesday December 9, 2008 at Regional West Medical Center with several family members by her side. Born July 12th, 1944. Judy lived in Scottsbluff most of her life. She enjoyed camping, fishing, collecting Avon Bottles and flower gardening. Her parents, two husbands and a sister preceded her in death. Cremation, burial unknown.
